Broken Duo is operated by Cunaguaro S.A.S. This page describes how we prevent, detect and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content, behavior or account that sexualizes, exploits, grooms or endangers a minor is prohibited and is removed. This applies to every part of Broken Duo, including profiles, LFG posts, party names and vote labels.

2. Minimum Age

Broken Duo is for adults only. You must be 18 years old or older to use it. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under that age, we close it.

3. How to Report

• In the app: open the profile, post or party, open the menu and choose Report.
• By email: write to support@punchai.gg with as much detail as you can (the Riot ID involved, what happened and when). Do not forward or attach the material itself.

You can also block any player from the same menu. General help is on our Support page.

4. What We Do When We Receive a Report

1. A person on our team reviews the report promptly.
2. We remove the content and terminate the account involved.
3. We preserve the evidence that we hold, in line with applicable law.
4. We report the case to the competent authorities.

5. Named Contact for CSAM

Person responsible for CSAM matters: CONTACT PENDING (SOCIAL_CSAM_CONTACT_NAME), reachable at support@punchai.gg.

You can delete your account at any time. See the account deletion page.
