Delete Your Account — Broken Duo

This page explains how to delete your Broken Duo account and the personal data associated with it. Broken Duo is operated by Cunaguaro S.A.S. It is described further in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

If you have the app installed, this is the fastest way:

Open Broken Duo and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Type the confirmation word shown in the dialog (DELETE in English, ELIMINAR in Spanish) and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. Afterwards we send a confirmation email to the address that was linked to the account.

2. Delete Your Account Without the App

This page is available at https://api.punchai.gg/social/delete-account.

If you no longer have the app installed, you do not need to reinstall it. Send an email to legal@punchai.gg with the subject "Broken Duo account deletion" and either:

send it from the email address linked to your account, or
include your Riot ID (Game Name + Tag) so we can locate your account.

Requests sent by email are processed manually by our team. We may ask for proof of identity before processing your request.

Response time: under Ley N° 18.331 we will answer your request within 5 business days of receiving it. Where the GDPR also applies to you, its own periods apply in addition, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

3. What Is Deleted and What Is Retained

The same rules apply to both methods and follow Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

Deleted immediately

Your email address and your Riot ID (Game Name + Tag).
One-time verification code records, including the hashed IP address stored with them.
Your push notification token.
Your age band and its confirmation date.
Your LFG posts.
Your activity streak.
Your reputation score is reset to zero, and you stop appearing in the LFG feed and leaderboards.

Retained

Data	Treatment
Riot account identifier (PUUID) and records linked to it: the closed account record (including the record of your marketing consent, without your email address), party memberships and badges (marked as deleted), a cancelled subscription record, and reputation votes (+1/-1 records detached from any account)	Retained without contact data (no email, no Riot ID); the PUUID is stored only on our servers and is never shown to other users. In this version we retain them indefinitely for integrity and abuse prevention.
Session records	Revoked at deletion and kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically
Party names	Kept for parties that still have other members; parties left without members are closed
Server logs	Up to 2 years; they may contain technical identifiers such as the PUUID
Confirmation email delivery records	Held by our email provider according to its own retention policy
Advertising data	Collected and processed by Google AdMob under Google's own policies; we do not retain your Advertising ID on our servers

We may retain information for longer periods where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

4. If You Register Again

If you register again later, even with the same Riot ID or email, a brand-new account is created and starts from zero: your previous reputation, badges, and streaks are not restored.
