Broken Duo is a free app for finding League of Legends duo and party partners. It is operated by Cunaguaro S.A.S., Oriental Republic of Uruguay. This page explains how to get help.

2. Report Content or a Player

You can report a player or a piece of content directly in the app, and block a player so you stop seeing them:

1. Open the player's profile, post or party in Broken Duo.
2. Open the menu and choose Report or Block.
3. Pick the reason and send. A person on our team reviews every report.

If you cannot use the app, write to support@punchai.gg and describe what happened. For child safety concerns, see our Child Safety Standards.

3. Delete Your Account

In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. If you no longer have the app, follow the steps on our account deletion page.

4. Other Help

Questions about sign-in, your Riot ID or the app in general: write to support@punchai.gg and include the email address of your account (never send us a verification code).
